The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships by processing financial transactions and offering advice on banking products and services. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable solutions, resolving concerns, and achieving business objectives while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures and regulations.,Understand customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately.,Advise customers clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.,Respect coworkers, stay dedicated, and keep the team updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
