Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust serves as a frontline representative, focusing on building strong customer relationships. This role involves performing various customer service transactions, offering information and advice on banking products and solutions, understanding customer needs, and identifying opportunities to promote services while ensuring a positive customer experience. The associate is expected to embody TD's values by thinking like a customer, acting like an owner, innovating with purpose, and executing with speed and impact, ultimately striving to make customer interactions delightful and process financial transactions accurately.

What We're Looking For

Create an exceptional customer experience with every interaction and contribute to overall branch customer experience through service and advice.,Complete a broad range of financial transactions (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) accurately and efficiently.,Assist with responding to and resolving customer concerns, escalating when necessary.,Identify customer needs and determine appropriate banking solutions.,Open a limited range of products and/or services for customers.,Participate fully as a team member, promoting effectiveness and a positive work environment.,Continuously develop knowledge in own area and participate in cross-training.,Keep others informed about relevant day-to-day activities.,Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce.,Act as a brand champion for the business area/function and the bank.,Support the achievement of business objectives by supporting advice goals.,Promote products, advice, services, and banking capabilities.,Understand and apply operating policies and procedures.,Contribute to business objectives for Operational Excellence.,Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.,Escalate non-standard or high-risk transactions/activities as necessary.,Support and participate in process improvement opportunities.,Ensure necessary due diligence for the accuracy of all customer transactions/activities.,Comply with the Bank Code of Conduct.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
