Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships by handling a variety of customer service transactions, offering information, and providing advice on TD products and solutions. The role involves understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities to promote relevant products and services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include processing financial transactions accurately, resolving customer concerns, achieving business objectives, and contributing to a positive team environment.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following operating procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.,Exercise discretion in confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating as needed.,Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.,Connect personally with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.,Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers and keeping them updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience,Undergraduate degree or equivalent (asset)
