At TD Canada Trust, Customer Experience Associates serve as the primary point of contact for customers, focusing on building strong relationships. Key responsibilities include accurately processing financial transactions, providing information and guidance on banking products and services, and identifying opportunities to suggest suitable solutions. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to a positive and efficient branch environment.

What We're Looking For

Process various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, adhering to standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Exercise discretion when handling confidential customer matters.,Connect personally with customers to provide clear and suitable advice on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to building a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, maintaining dedication, and ensuring everyone is updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and identify opportunities to recommend operational improvements for achieving excellence.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard activities as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent (considered an asset).,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.,Hands-on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.,A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills.,Ability to connect with diverse individuals calmly, courteously, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.,Ability to exercise initiative, be accurate, and detail-oriented while managing multiple tasks and changing priorities.
