Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships, processing financial transactions accurately, and providing information and advice on banking products and solutions. The role involves understanding customer needs, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct.

Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.

Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.

Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.

Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.

Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.

Support the team through collaboration and communication.

Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.

Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.

Proactive, accurate, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, able to communicate calmly, courteously, and effectively.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
