Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong, lasting relationships with customers. Responsibilities include accurately processing financial transactions, providing information and advice on banking services and products, understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities to promote suitable solutions, and resolving customer concerns to ensure a positive customer experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to procedures, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to standardized operating procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time.,Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal development.,Support the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.,High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.,Ability to exercise initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communication skills with established customer experience capabilities to interact calmly, courteously, and effectively.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.

Ideal Candidate
