Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships. The associate processes financial transactions accurately, provides information and advice on banking products and solutions, identifies opportunities to promote services, and refers customers to appropriate team members, all while ensuring a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.,Exercise discretion in confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard activities when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.,Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping them updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.,High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.,Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet usage.,Ability to exercise initiative, be accurate and detail-oriented, and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communication and established customer experience skills to interact calmly, courteously, and effectively with diverse individuals.

Ideal Candidate
