Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on creating delightful customer interactions. Responsibilities include accurately processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, and effectively resolving concerns. This position also involves achieving business objectives by promoting products and services, contributing to a positive team environment, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements to ensure a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) in accordance with standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions, while maintaining confidentiality.,Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues as necessary.,Meet assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and ensuring timely and accurate completion of business processes.,Engage personally with customers to provide clear and appropriate advice on banking solutions and processes.,Foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment, actively participating in personal performance development.,Support the team by demonstrating respect, dedication, and keeping colleagues informed on the status of routine activities.,Deliver high-quality customer experiences and suggest operational enhancements to achieve excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,An undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.
