Description
The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships by handling financial transactions accurately and providing information and advice on banking products and solutions. This position involves understanding customer needs, identifying sales opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate banking partners to ensure a positive customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions.,Exercise discretion in handling confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.,Connect personally with customers to provide clear and appropriate advice on banking solutions and processes.,Promote team effectiveness and participate in personal performance development to foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.
Ideal Candidate
High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.
