Customer Experience Associate

Description

This frontline role at TD Canada Trust involves building customer relationships by processing financial transactions and providing information and advice on banking products and solutions. Associates identify opportunities to promote products, refer customers to relevant teams, and ensure a positive customer experience, all while working towards business objectives. They are expected to understand customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, and resolve customer concerns.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, maintaining discretion in confidential matters.,Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and promptly.,Engage personally with customers to provide clear advice on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by fostering team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Support the team by respecting coworkers, demonstrating dedication, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma or equivalent.,1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.,Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.,Ability to exercise initiative, be accurate and detail-oriented, handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, capable of connecting verbally and in writing in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
