Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is responsible for building strong customer relationships by handling various service transactions, providing information and advice on banking products, and identifying opportunities to promote additional services. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, accurately processing financial transactions, and contributing to a positive team environment.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues as needed.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes efficiently.,Connect with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.,Assist the team through collaboration and communication.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.,High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.,Ability to exercise initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation while handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Effective verbal and written communication skills with diverse individuals.

Ideal Candidate
