Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is responsible for fostering strong customer relationships through a variety of in-branch services. This role involves accurately processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions, resolving customer concerns, and achieving business objectives. The associate is expected to connect personally with customers, contribute to a positive and diverse work environment, and continuously seek operational improvements to ensure excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to standardized operating procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely.,Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal development.,Assist the team through respectful collaboration, dedication, and keeping colleagues informed of routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.,High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.,Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.,Ability to exercise initiative, be accurate and detail-oriented, and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communication skills and established customer experience abilities, including calm, courteous, and effective verbal and written interaction.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
