Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to procedures and regulations.
Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.
Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues.
Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes efficiently.
Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions.
Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal development.
Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.
Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements for excellence.
High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
