Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following operating procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately.,Connect personally with customers to advise clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and personal development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.
