Process financial transactions accurately according to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics,
Understand customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters,
Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary,
Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes timely and accurately,
Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes,
Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal development,
Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities,
Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence
High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience,
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
