Description

This role at TD Canada Trust involves being at the forefront of customer interaction. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, accurately processing financial transactions, and providing expert advice on banking products and services. The associate will identify customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and actively promote TD's offerings to ensure a consistently positive customer experience while upholding operational standards and ethical guidelines.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) in accordance with standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.,Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard activities as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner.,Connect personally with customers to advise them appropriately and clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and engaging in personal performance development.,Support the team by respecting coworkers, demonstrating dedication, and keeping everyone informed on the status of routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements where opportunities arise.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.,Hands-on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.,A self-starter who can exercise initiative, maintain accuracy, and demonstrate attention to detail when managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.,A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, capable of connecting verbally and in writing with diverse individuals in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
