The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust focuses on building deep and long-lasting customer relationships by performing a range of customer service transactions, providing information and advice on products and solutions, and identifying opportunities to promote banking services. The role involves understanding customer needs, processing financial transactions accurately, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes timely and accurately.,Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.,Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.,High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.,Accurate and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills (verbal and written).

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
