Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include accurately processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs to recommend banking solutions, achieving business objectives, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves contributing to a positive work environment and identifying operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes efficiently.,Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions.,Promote team effectiveness and participate in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers and keeping them updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent (asset).,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.,Ability to exercise initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills to connect verbally and in writing.
