Description

This role at TD Canada Trust focuses on building strong customer relationships by handling financial transactions, providing information on banking services, and offering advice on products and solutions. The associate will understand customer needs, identify opportunities for product promotion, and ensure a positive customer experience while processing transactions accurately.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.,Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions.,Connect personally with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.,Promote team effectiveness and participate in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers and keeping them updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.,High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
