Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships. This involves performing various customer service transactions, offering information and advice on banking products and solutions, and identifying opportunities to promote services while ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires processing financial transactions accurately, understanding customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, and resolving customer concerns. It also involves working towards business objectives by promoting banking solutions and maintaining operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend specific banking solutions and handle confidential matters with discretion.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.,Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.,High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Hands-on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet.,Ability to exercise initiative, be accurate and detail-oriented, and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communication and established customer experience skills to interact calmly, courteously, and effectively with diverse individuals.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
