Description

This role at TD Canada Trust involves building deep and lasting relationships with customers by performing a variety of customer service transactions, providing information and advice on banking services and products, and identifying opportunities to promote solutions. The associate is expected to process financial transactions accurately, resolve customer concerns, and contribute to a positive customer experience and work environment.

What We're Looking For

Key responsibilities include processing financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures, understanding and addressing customer needs with suitable banking solutions, resolving customer issues, achieving business goals, connecting personally with customers, and contributing to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment. Must-have qualifications include strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), attention to detail, and dynamic communication and customer experience skills.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. An undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.
