Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships. This position involves performing a variety of customer service transactions, providing information and advice on banking products and solutions, and identifying opportunities to promote services. The associate is expected to process financial transactions accurately, resolve customer concerns, achieve business objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions and exercise discretion in confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.,Connect personally with customers to clearly advise them on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements for excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment.,Hands-on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet.,A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail-oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities.,A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills who can connect, both verbally and in writing, with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
