Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role responsible for building customer relationships. This involves processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable banking solutions, and resolving concerns. The associate is expected to achieve business objectives, promote banking services, and contribute to a positive team environment while ensuring excellent customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, handling confidential matters discreetly.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues.,Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely.,Connect personally with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.,Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience (Required),Undergraduate degree or equivalent (Asset)
