Description

As a Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust, you will be the bank's frontline staff, building strong relationships with clients through various customer service operations. This involves providing information and advice on services, products, and solutions to current and potential TD clients, understanding their needs, and promoting relevant offerings while ensuring a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics.,Understand and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions, maintaining discretion for confidential matters.,Address and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating exceptions as needed.,Achieve established business objectives by promoting banking solutions and accurately and timely following business processes.,Build personal connections with clients to clearly and adequately inform them about banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment, promoting team effectiveness and participating in individual performance and development.,Support the team by respecting colleagues, remaining dedicated, and keeping everyone informed of routine activities.,Ensure a quality customer experience and recommend operational improvements for excellence.,Ability to ensure a pleasant and warm interaction with customers.,Ability to process financial transactions correctly.

Ideal Candidate

High school diploma and/or over one year of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.,Very good organizational skills and strong administrative, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.,Practical use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the Internet.,Ambitious individual with initiative, accuracy-oriented, and detail-conscious for multitasking and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with proven customer experience skills, able to connect verbally or in writing with diverse individuals calmly, courteously, and effectively.
