The Customer Experience Associate at TD Bank focuses on building strong, lasting relationships with customers. Responsibilities include accurately processing various financial transactions, providing information and advice on banking products and solutions, understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities to promote relevant offerings, and consistently ensuring a positive customer experience at the branch level. This role involves both customer service and sales support, working to achieve business objectives while fostering a positive work environment.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately following operating procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Identify opportunities to promote products and services and refer customers to relevant internal partners.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions.,Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly and appropriately on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers and keeping them updated on routine activities.
