Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is responsible for building strong customer relationships by handling various customer service transactions, providing information, and offering advice on banking products and solutions. The role involves processing financial transactions accurately, understanding customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, and resolving concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience. It also entails achieving business objectives, promoting banking solutions, and contributing to a positive team environment through collaboration and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct.

Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.

Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.

Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.

Connect with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.

Promote team effectiveness and participate in personal performance development to foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.

Support the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed on routine activities.

Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.

Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
