Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include building lasting customer relationships, accurately processing financial transactions, identifying customer needs, and providing advice on banking products and solutions. The associate will also resolve customer concerns, achieve business objectives by promoting banking solutions, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely.,Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Help foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through team effectiveness and personal performance development.,Support the team by respecting coworkers, maintaining dedication, and keeping everyone informed on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent (asset).,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.,Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.,Proactive individual who can exercise initiative, be accurate, and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, able to interact calmly, courteously, and effectively both verbally and in writing.

Minimum Education

High School diploma (Undergraduate degree is an asset)
