Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships by handling various banking transactions, offering information and advice on financial products and services, and identifying sales opportunities. This role requires understanding customer needs, processing financial transactions accurately, resolving concerns, and contributing to a positive team environment. The associate is expected to deliver excellent customer service and promote operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time.,Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly and appropriately on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by fostering team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
