Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand customer needs to recommend tailored solutions and handle confidential matters discreetly.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues as needed.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.,Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.,Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by fostering team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.
High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.,Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.,Proactive, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
