The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is responsible for accurately processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable banking solutions. The role also involves resolving customer concerns, achieving business objectives, and fostering a positive and diverse work environment. What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend specific banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time.,Connect personally with customers to advise them appropriately and clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements for excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
