Description

This role at TD Canada Trust involves building strong customer relationships by handling financial transactions accurately and providing information and advice on banking products and services. What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to standard operating procedures and regulations.,Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.,Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.,Connect with customers to provide clear advice on banking solutions.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment, including personal performance development.,Assist the team by being respectful, dedicated, and keeping others informed of routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.,High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.,Ability to exercise initiative, be accurate, detail-oriented, and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills (verbal and written).

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
