Description

This role at TD Canada Trust involves being the primary point of contact for customers, handling various financial transactions like deposits and withdrawals, and providing information and advice on banking products and solutions. The associate is expected to understand customer needs, identify opportunities to promote relevant services, and ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to operational procedures and ethical guidelines.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions accurately according to procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, maintaining confidentiality.,Address and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating complex issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes efficiently.,Engage with customers personally to provide clear advice on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment, supporting team effectiveness and personal development.,Collaborate with coworkers and keep them informed of routine activities.,Deliver excellent customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for efficiency.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.,Proactive, accurate, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Effective verbal and written communication skills with diverse individuals.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.
