What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand customer needs to recommend solutions and handle confidential matters with discretion.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time.,Connect with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.,Promote team effectiveness and participate in personal performance development.,Respect coworkers, stay dedicated, and keep the team updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
