Description

As a Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust, you will be the frontline of TD Bank, responsible for building deep and lasting customer relationships. Your main tasks will include performing a broad range of customer service transactions, providing information and advice on banking products and solutions, understanding customer needs, and identifying opportunities to promote relevant services. The role focuses on ensuring a positive customer experience and contributing to operational excellence within the branch environment. You will process financial transactions accurately and address customer concerns, escalating when necessary.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions and exercise discretion in confidential matters.,Connect personally with customers to advise them appropriately and clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Respond and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard activities as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner.,Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
