Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include accurately processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, and promoting TD products and services. The associate is expected to deliver excellent customer service, achieve business objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment within the branch.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Exercise discretion in confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions.,Complete business processes in a timely and accurate manner.,Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.,Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness.,Participate in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone up-to-date on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
