Description

The Customer Experience Associate role at TD Canada Trust is a frontline position focused on building deep, lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities include accurately processing financial transactions, understanding customer needs to provide information and advice on banking products and solutions, identifying opportunities to promote services, and referring customers to appropriate internal partners, all while ensuring a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time.,Connect personally with customers to advise clearly and appropriately on banking solutions and processes.,Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements for excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.,Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.,Ability to exercise initiative, accuracy, and detail-orientation to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.

Minimum Education
