Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality.,Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.,Connect with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment, including personal performance development and teamwork.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.
High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
