Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building strong customer relationships. This involves accurately processing financial transactions, offering information and advice on banking products and services, understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities to promote relevant solutions, and consistently delivering a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) in adherence to standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Address and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and efficiently.,Engage personally with customers to provide clear and appropriate advice on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by fostering team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Support the team by respecting colleagues, maintaining dedication, and providing updates on routine activities.,Deliver high-quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements to achieve excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.,Ability to exercise initiative, maintain accuracy, be detail-oriented, and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communication skills with established customer experience abilities to connect effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse individuals in a calm and courteous manner.
