This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences and achieving business objectives by accurately processing financial transactions and understanding customer needs.
Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standard operating procedures and regulations.,Understand customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions and maintain confidentiality.,Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and on time.,Advise customers on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and engaging in personal development.,Support the team by being respectful, dedicated, and communicative on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.
