Customer Experience Associate - Saint-Romuald (Full Time)

Description

This role at TD Canada Trust involves being a frontline associate focused on building deep, lasting relationships with customers. Responsibilities include processing a range of financial transactions accurately, providing information and advice on banking services and products, identifying opportunities to promote solutions, and referring customers to appropriate team members. The associate is expected to understand customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics and achieving assigned business objectives.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standard operating procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues as needed.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions.,Complete business processes in a timely and accurate manner.,Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by fostering team effectiveness and participating in personal development.,Respect coworkers, stay dedicated, and keep the team updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.,Ability to exercise initiative, be accurate and detail-oriented, and handle multiple tasks with changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
