Description

At TD Canada Trust, this role is a frontline position focused on building lasting customer relationships by handling a wide range of customer service transactions. The associate will provide information and advice on banking services, products, and solutions, identify customer needs, and refer them to appropriate bank partners. The goal is to ensure a positive customer experience, accurately process financial transactions, and contribute to branch objectives by promoting banking solutions and maintaining operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) accurately and efficiently, adhering to operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard activities when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and promptly.,Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements for operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
