Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is responsible for providing exceptional customer service within a branch environment. Key tasks include accurately processing financial transactions, identifying and addressing customer needs by recommending suitable banking solutions, and effectively resolving concerns. This role also involves achieving business objectives, fostering positive customer interactions, and contributing to a collaborative and diverse team setting by upholding operational excellence and supporting colleagues.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) in adherence to standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues as required.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner.,Connect personally with customers to provide clear and appropriate advice on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Support the team by respecting coworkers, maintaining dedication, and ensuring everyone is updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements to achieve operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is considered an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.,Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.,Proactive, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, capable of connecting verbally and in writing with diverse individuals in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
