Description

This role at TD Canada Trust focuses on building lasting customer relationships by processing financial transactions, providing advice on banking services and products, and identifying opportunities to refer customers to appropriate bank partners. The associate is expected to deliver excellent customer service, understand customer needs, and promote banking solutions while adhering to operating procedures and ethics.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.,Connect with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.,Assist the team by collaborating and sharing updates on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
