Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) in adherence to operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions, maintaining discretion with confidential information.,Address and resolve customer concerns using established procedures, escalating complex issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives through effective promotion of banking solutions and accurate, timely completion of business processes.,Engage personally with customers to provide clear and appropriate advice on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by supporting team effectiveness and participating in personal development.,Support the team by fostering respect among colleagues, demonstrating dedication, and keeping team members informed on routine activities.,Deliver high-quality customer experiences and propose operational improvements for excellence.
