Description

As a Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust, you will be a front-line representative, responsible for building strong client relationships. This involves performing various customer service operations, providing information and advice on banking products and solutions, and identifying opportunities to promote services to both current and potential clients. You will ensure a positive customer experience by understanding client needs and directing them to appropriate internal partners when necessary.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) in accordance with standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct.

Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions, maintaining discretion with confidential information.

Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.

Identify customer needs and determine solutions, including opening a limited range of products and services.

Support the achievement of business objectives by contributing to advice goals.

Promote products, advice, services, and banking capabilities.

Understand and apply operating policies and procedures.

Exercise due diligence to ensure accuracy in all customer transactions and activities.

Comply with the Bank's Code of Conduct.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.

Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in a related field) preferred.

Established customer service skills to perform routine activities and multi-step customer transactions.

Broad knowledge of the basic product suite of the business supported.

Ability to evaluate and recommend customer solutions from established options.

Understanding of how assigned duties relate to others in the customer or advice team and how the team integrates.

Minimum Education

High School diploma, Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (preferred)
