Customer Experience Associate - Lachine (Part-time, 15h/week)

Description

This role at TD Canada Trust focuses on building deep customer relationships by handling various customer service operations, providing information and advice on banking products, and identifying opportunities to promote services. The associate will process financial transactions, understand customer needs to recommend suitable solutions, resolve concerns, achieve business objectives, and contribute to a positive team environment.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions according to standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics.

Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions while maintaining confidentiality.

Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating exceptions as needed.

Achieve established business and sales objectives by promoting banking solutions.

Create personal connections with clients to inform them about banking solutions and processes.

Help create a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.

Support the team by respecting colleagues, remaining dedicated, and keeping everyone informed of routine activities.

Ensure quality customer experience and recommend operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High school diploma and/or over one year of relevant experience.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent (an asset).

Very good organizational, administrative, planning, and time management skills.

Practical use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet.

Ambitious, accurate, and detail-oriented, able to multitask and adapt priorities.

Dynamic communicator with proven customer experience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing with diverse individuals calmly, courteously, and effectively.

Minimum Education
