Description

This role at TD Canada Trust involves being at the frontline of TD Bank, building relationships with customers, processing financial transactions, and providing information and advice on banking services and products. The associate will understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, resolve concerns, and contribute to a positive customer experience while achieving business objectives.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.,Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.,Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.,Ability to exercise initiative, be accurate and detail-oriented, and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communication and established customer experience skills to interact calmly, courteously, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
