Description

This Customer Experience Associate role at TD Canada Trust is specifically for applicants identifying as First Nation (Status and Non-Status), Inuit, and Métis. The position focuses on building lasting customer relationships by processing financial transactions, understanding and addressing customer needs, recommending banking solutions, and resolving concerns. The associate will promote products and services, ensure positive customer experiences, and adhere to all standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics. It also involves contributing to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, handling confidential matters discreetly.,Resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.,Advise customers clearly on banking solutions and processes.,Promote team effectiveness and participate in personal performance development to foster a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.,Respect coworkers, stay dedicated, and keep colleagues updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.,High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Hands-on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.,Proactive, accurate, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.,Hands on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet.,Ability to exercise initiative and be accurate and detail oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities.,Established customer experience skills with dynamic communication abilities (verbal and written) to interact in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
