Description

This role at TD Canada Trust involves building strong customer relationships, accurately processing financial transactions, and providing guidance on banking products and services. The associate will identify opportunities to promote solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience. What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend tailored solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.,Address and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and executing business processes accurately and timely.,Connect personally with customers to provide clear and appropriate advice on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by fostering team effectiveness and engaging in personal performance development.,Support the team through respectful collaboration, dedication, and clear communication on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and propose operational improvements for excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent (asset).,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.,Ability to exercise initiative, maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communication skills (verbal and written) with established customer experience capabilities.
