TD Canada Trust is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to engage with customers, process financial transactions accurately, and provide information and advice on banking products and services. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences and identifying opportunities to promote suitable solutions. This specific posting is open to applicants who identify as First Nation (Status and Non-Status), Inuit, and Métis.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions.,Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers and staying updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
